Good Points: The WD mycloud was very easy to setup and transfer data. Improvement Points: My unit worked for about 5 days and then it would not power up.

Good Points: Nice design Improvement Points: NOT compatible with Windows 10 as a drive. You have to upload to the cloud account and then it downloads to drive. VERY time consuming

Improvement Points: It claims to serve media via DLNA but it only does this via a piece of software called Plex. As Plex is basically unusable, then really this device is not DLNA-compliant so can't be used to serve media. You need to buy a "MyCloud" rather than a "My Cloud Home" in order to achieve this.

Good Points: Looks good and very quiet. Improvement Points: The app on pc logs you out every time you turn of your computer
