Yellow color is an interesting choice. The RAM I had laying around for this build was red, which gives my build a little bit of a McDonalds look, but I guess that isn't the end of the world. Overall I'm happy, it's a decent motherboard for a rather low cost. I liked this board at first, but I was forced to come back and edit my review and lower the eggs to two. For my purposes this board is useless if it can not enter a proper S3 sleep state. I probably will not buy Biostar again. All the other motherboards in the house from other brands enter S3 sleep state just fine.

Everything I own works find in other configurations just not on this board. Too bad, would have made a nice budget board for lan events but will just have to stay stuffed away in my rack at home. 1 Egg off for broken x16 lane, and 1 Egg off for too simplistic of features for the BIOS. Could use Raid configs and better fan control management in and out of BIOS.

Lack of expandibility hurts this board more than anything. its lone pcie 1x slot is best used to add an internal USB 3.0 header and some ports to the back as well. This board's best use is definitely in low power specialized applications like being a dedicated Minecraft Server or in an HTPC. where upgradability isn't an issue

According to Biostar, all version prior 7 did support the S3 suspend mode, but versions 7 and 8 do not. Why???
