Even though the manual indicates that all 6 sata ports can be used if there are not m.2 sata devices on the second M.2 slot as that slot works through sata interface and shares lanes with ports 3 and 4, this is false. If I connect any device on ports sata_3 and sata_4, the OS takes about 5 minutes to load (the OS being installed in a nvme ssd drive on the first M.2 slot and working through PCIe interface). I got a replacement board from Amazon (Great customer support, guys!) but the issue persisted. I've performed all combinations of devices on these sata ports. I've tried with BIOS 3.50 and 4.20. I've confirmed the NVME firmware to be up to date and be in the list of compatible devices. It seems like a bad design. I bought this board as I was in need of having 5 sata ports instead of the 4 ports on my previous MB and got dissapointed with this. First and last time I get an Asrock product.

B2 Ram slot did not work which means that my only choice was A1 and B1. A1 was covered by the cpu fan which means I was out of lock honestly.

The first one was DOA - it wouldn’t POST. The second one turned on just fine and booted up quickly. I am less than happy but satisfied nonetheless. I don’t know if I’d buy another from this brand, although all these Asian countries that produce these boards tend to have poor qc. Again this is poor that I need to order 4 motherboards to get one good one. Be aware.

The motherboard is not quite ATX size, a little smaller, which leaves the side with the 24pin power connector without real support, so you have to be very careful when plugging in your cables. Also the RGB connector is really bad, and can't connect any of the RGB connectors I have to it, they are very loose and fall off immediately. Having said that, the motherboard works flawlessly and handles my hardware very well.
