We bought this unit to use primarily as a computer monitor for my wife's computer. Unfortunately, if you don't use it everyday, it does not recognize that the computer is on. We have had to start shutting the TV and the computer completely down after every use. Then when we want to use it, we have to power on the TV, wait for it to power up and then power on the computer. Disappointing that it does not connect better than that. We were hoping it would work like a monitor.

I use it for basic pc, and as a back-up streaming tv in case my bigger TV goes out.

We use it for streaming our favorites as well as the kids use it for their virtual classes for school as well. We love the clarity and the cleanness of it.
