Ich kann meine Geräte nicht so nutzen, wie ich sie nutzen möchte:HDMI 1.4 und USB-C Bildquelle parallel anschliessen und dann via Monitor von einem zum anderen Eingang wechseln: HDMI ist ohne Funktion.Bei einem Monitor dieser Preisklasse aus dem Baujahr habe ich die Erwartungshaltung, dass er das kann. Selbst mein 12 Jahre alter Toshiba TV kommt mit der HDMI Quelle ohne Probleme klar.Beim telefonischen Support muss man sich dann fragen lassen, wieso man denn eine PS/4 an diesen "Office Monitor" anschliessen möchte. Das fand ich schon - sagen wir - ambitioniert. Liebe Philips-Menschen, es tut mir echt leid, dass ich eine PS/4 an diesen Monitor anschliessen möchte. Wird bestimmt nicht wieder vorkommen, dich dann einen Samsung kaufe, der es kann.

The “MultiClient Integrated KVM switch” of the monitor is “so integrated” that it provides “a convenient button” to quickly switch between two sources on the remotes with three confused steps. Totally rubbish KVM function for a US$1,200 monitor. Unacceptable function!!!The customer service of Hong Kong is terrible and technicians cannot help.
The “MultiClient Integrated KVM switch” of the monitor is “so integrated” that it provides “a convenient button” to quickly switch between two sources on the remotes with three confused steps. Totally rubbish KVM function for a US$1,200 monitor. Unacceptable function!!!The customer service of Hong Kong is terrible and technicians cannot help.

it does NOT feature a genuine working one cable only usb-c system-does NOT charge my HP envy x360 13.3 over usb-c - cant figure our why-does NOT allow for webcam/ windows hello over usb-c - you need to use the usb upstream cable which defeats the purpose of having the webcam built into the monitor- terrible/ non existent software and useless instruction manual- sometimes the monitor doesn't wake from sleep when the laptop is woken from sleep, requires restarting monitorit is NOT worth the price paid for

I would like to say I'm super excited to get this product but I can't. The manual is poor, video's when using USB C don't display correctly, setting up the KVM is confusing and trying to get support via the website or forum is impossible.
