Der Philips 45B1U6900C ist ein 44,5-Zoll Superwide-gebogener Monitor mit 32:9 Format, 5120x1440 Auflösung und VA-Panel. Enthält KVM-Switch, USB-C 100W PD, 4-Port-USB-Hub, Ethernet und DisplayHDR 400. Den Monitor hatte ich als B-Ware (beschädigte Verpackung) erworben und aufgrund des Preises ausgesucht; leider war mir entgangen, dass es sich um ein 32:9 Bildverhältnis handelt, sodass ich zwar vom Bild des Monitors für reine Office-Anwendung begeistert bin, mich nach einigen Stunden des "Sehschlitz" Eindruckes nicht wehren konnte. Die Funktion des Monitors habe ich nicht getestet (KVM Switch, Anschlüsse) außer eben dem Betrieb über DP Anschluss selbst. Das Bild ist aber aus meiner Sicht wirklich sehr gut - es mag bessere geben, die dann aber ggf. auch höher im Preis liegen. Wer von einem 24" oder 27" Monitor umsteigt sollte auch mit der Höhe kein Problem haben; ich habe auf Basis dessen aber eine Retoure erbeten und werde auf ein 21:9 mit 5k umsteigen bzw. achten.

The screen itself is brilliant and offers good value for money. The absolute negative: There is no effective cable management, and no way to secure the cables at the back. The supplied main power plug at the back protrudes so much that the cable is clearly visible from the front. Furthermore, USB cables, which have to be connected on the opposite side, are just left dangling onto the desk. It's a shame, as the unit would otherwise look genuinely premium/high-quality.

Good monitor. Not a single dead pixel on mine. This isn't for gaming so refresh rates are more reasonable. Performs adequately. This is the best (only) monitor I could find that would reasonably replace a dual display setup and included KVM functions. Super nice to have a normal work machine, and a second developement machine hooked up and running together. Speakers are adequate for a monitor.Have not tested the RJ45.Once you set up the two sources, a reasonable person would assume a single button to swap KVM between them. The engineers didn't quite get this concept. The 'auto' ... doesn't auto. No keystroke combination will swap it either - which is nice that it isn't sniffing your keystrokes...but doesn't give a workaround for poor button interface.

Arbeiten und auch gelegentliches Spielen macht auf dem Monitor einfach nur Spaß! Die maximale Helligkeit brennt einem die Augen weg, aber ich mag hier nicht meckern :D Hohe Anschlussvielfalt, viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten und sogar ein Kopfhörerhalter - ich würde den Monitor jederzeit wieder kaufen!
