I bought two products, one of which being this monitor. Everything seemed fine till I found a singular dead pixel. I called and was told that MSI only classifies it as faulty if it's 3 or more pixels that are damaged. Absolutely disappointed with my experience. Customer service was fine but the fact that I have to pay £10.99 myself for a courier to collect my item because I was sent a faulty products is unacceptable. This should be covered by scan not myself.

Very happy with this purchase. Monitor looks great, maybe even too vibrant on Nvidea's settings (very bright colours). Handshakes seamlessly with MSI's out of the box gaming system. Happy with both... You won't be sorry if you buy them as a pair. Great quality at a reasonable price.
