Screen is ok but sound quality is very low like cracking or a broken speaker, even worse than a regular monitor. Have to use an external soundbar.

The monitor is good, it looks nice. My main problem is with the text clarity. I’m using it for productivity as an extension to my Mac. The text is not sharp enough for my standards. Next time I’ll ensure to buy a screen with higher PPI.

Amazing. All around, during gaming and productivity apps, it simply works flawlessly. Heavy-duty monitor base and plenty of options to fit your current or future setup. I use this monitor with Windows and Mac and switch between displays using the monitor input button at the bottom.

New software Update crashes every update attempt. Customer support did not even know the name of their own updater software from the official LG website. Still no call back as organised. Poor customer service for a monitor that could be great. This problem is all over forums with no found fix as far as I can find myself. Would not recommend in its current state of software version that it is seemingly stuck with.

Great monitor, but currently impossible to update the firmware as the application (LG switch) crashes after accepting the offered update, which takes the shine off an excellent monitor a bit.
