I absolutely love the picture quality and size of this monitor. It's perfect for working from home as a data scientist, allowing me to open multiple windows side by side with ease. It feels like having two 22-inch monitors, but with the convenience of connecting them with just one cable. My only wish is that it had internal speakers, as I was mistakenly informed by an agent in the chat. This would have saved me from needing to purchase extra speakers.

It is crazy that LG does not provide drivers to download for this monitor and Windows 10/11, so like many others I have had to use only 75% of the screen size for over 1 year to work on. Today, I finally figured out how to get it to use the entire screen. Open AMD Adrenalin software, click on Gaming, Display, Display 2 (in my case with the monitor connected to a laptop), then on Custom Resolutions, Create New+ (accept all warning messages). Setup a resolution with 5120 x 2160 and and set the Refresh rate to 24 Hz (possible 25 Hz might work too, it was Windows default 30 Hz that made the full screen 5120 x 2160 resolution not work). Fill out 5120 x 2160 for Timing Display too. Right click on Windows desktop and choose Display Settings, set the monitor to 5120 x 2160 using the slider. You should then be all set and can make full use of the monitor. I am really happy now as I really like the size, design, and picture quality of the monitor for work.

The monitor has what I can only describe as 'snow' on sections of the screen that are black. The sound does not work. Returning a defective monitor to LG is a pain. Dont buy this monitor directly from LG. Buy it off of AMazon.

I have purchased 2 of these monitors and use them in my home office. I love them, they are awesome for working at home. I purchased two aftermarket stands to support them above my laptop, so have 3 total screens (laptop and these 2 monitors). It is a gamechanger. With the extra long width of these, spreadsheets are so much easier to navigate. Same goes for using smartsheets, I can see a lot more columns in a single window. I also use MSProject and it is beneficial to have the additional width for these. I don't think that I could ever go back to a standard sized monitor again. Also, had a 32" TV I was using as a monitor and that took up too much space, where I now have 2 of these on my desk.
