The set up was straight forward but the sound quality was very disappointing and it was necessary to purchase an LG sound bar to improve to an acceptable standard. There are recurring problems with Virgin TV reception; very slow connection when switching on and recurring interruptions due to band width availability and frequent buffering. This TV was bought for use in the kitchen and to replace a Technika budget set. There were no difficulties with Virgin TV reception with the previous set using the same Virgin box. Overall, extremely disappointing compared with an existing large screen LG set and an earlier LG small flat screen TV bought from Harrods and used for some 20 years without any problems whatsoever.

Good TV for the size and price, but could not get any apps to load despite my (and Google's) best efforts. Fixed with a fire stick but be aware it may not be as smart as you might hope!
