Bought a new Dell monitor hoping things had improved since my last experience 5 years ago. They haven't. The product came with no User Manual — clearly a cost-saving measure. Half the features don't work properly or are poorly implemented. As for customer service, it's just a loop of "sorry for the inconvenience" with zero actual help or resolution. I had the same issues with Dell years ago and regret giving them another chance. Never again.

A truly remarkable monitor. I wish I had bought one earlier. The size is massive and superb definition, I can easily fit three screens and a home assistant panel at the same time. Functions brilliantly with a folded laptop and wireless mouse/keyboard combo. Switching to an alternative input device is easy and the power and control is easy to locate and use. Ethernet and backup storage plug into the monitor too so less faff when returning with the laptop. Would highly recommend.

Don't buy it, it's almost flat! Plenty of great features but the curve is 3800R. This info is now where to be seen on dells product description or website. In addition DELLS return policy is not worth the paper it's written on. Do your self a favour and shop elsewhere.
