Package when arrived all battered. Arrived late, looked 2nd hand refurbished not new Build quality very poor compared to other dell 27 inch not enough ports for price very poor value

Product is okay. I've decided to return it due to wanting Oled instead. Boy oh boy has it been a nightmare trying to return the item. Customer service number - rang them multiple times now they keep lying saying they will send me the returns label but don't and when they finally do it's too late and DHL don't come to collect the item so have to reschedule and get another returns label and then back at square one again. Very poor customer service shouldn't be this hard to return an item.

We have purchased these screens since COVID. And whilst the screen is good, the omission of Display Port in the latest version is very disappointing
