This monitor has been amazing — it doesn't hurt my eyes or make them feel tired, even after long working hours. The display is very bright, clear, and genuinely enjoyable to use. I've tested it with both USB-C and HDMI cables, and it works smoothly with both, without any issues. Overall, I really feel this monitor is a game changer for its affordable price. Bought the monitor to use as a home office setup. The IPS panel of the unit I received was inconsistent. Edges would drop in light and colour 1/4 from the both left and right sides. Lighter documents would be displayed in 2 different tones. Incredibly noticeable and distracting for work. Ended up returning the monitor.

I was really looking forward for this monitor however the essential cable that plugs in the back to the socket does not grip onto the monitor well. It always becomes lose making the monitor switch off and not stable. This shouldn't happen at all and I'll be waiting for dell customer service to get back to me for this

The product is great but I struggled to get a reliable electrical connection with a UGREEN 4K DisplayPort to HDMI cable. I found Dell's delivery estimates appalling. We made arrangements to be in when they said they would delivery then they said they were delivering a day earlier when we were out. Delivering early is NOT clever Dell !

I use this with my mac air laptop and it is fantastic. Set up was easy. Visuals look great. I really appreciate the extra connection ports at the front. This is great value for money.
