Dienstleistunggedanke ist bei Bugatti komplett verfehlt, die Händler sind OK. Ersatzteile - Fehlanzeige, ist etwas kaputt dann steht man sprichwörtlich im Regen. es besteht ein eklakanter Mangel an vernünftiger Kommunikation

Lovely looking piece of equipment to leave on the worktop. Works like a dream.

We've had this blender for years and rarely ever use it. But every time we do, it is very frustrating. The first jag cracked after I poured some soup in it (it was an hour after it finished cooking so it was not boiling hot). Fortunately the customer service agreed to provide a new jug for it. I have bought a hand blender since then and just in case, do not use the Bugatti one for soups. When I make smoothies, I have to triple check that the bottom of the jug is properly screwed on and it still manages to leak sometimes. Heavy, messy, awkward to wash. Not impressed at all. It looks good in the kitchen - that's it.
