We have purchased this blender twice in less than a month and had to return it both times because the mechanics of the blender fail. Motor runs but blades do not spin. Had heard rave reviews about this model, very disappointed by the quality of the blender.

I never understood why anyone would pay $400+ for a blender, but my wife really wanted a “good” blender. I shook my head and bought her one figuring this would be another appliance that collects dust after one week. Well, we’ve had it for a few months now and it gets used every day. This machine can completely purée anything you put in it. The smoothies are Booster Juice smooth and thick and soups now have a ton of veggies blended into the broth which my kids unknowingly eat. I guess I just needed to see what it can do. It gets a very well deserved 5 stars for performance. I hope it holds up for a long time.

I bought this unit 3+ years ago and its still going strong. Lots of power and makes easy work of frozen fruit, great for soups, stews, making homemade eggnog or whatever, with ease. Have had no problems with this so it works as advertised. I use it mostly to make my fruit-veggie smoothies but works for many other things as well.

There are some scratches on the jar makes it like used. But the blender is totally new. Not bad

Arrived dirty and clearly opened. The wrapping was all in tact but the box seal was broken and the container was scratched. Ended up buying a Vitamix and it was so much more worth the cost. They have replacement parts available and your products are actually new when they arrive.
