Grundig HM 5040 Handmixer, Kunststoffgehäuse, 300 Watt, 6 Geschwindigkeiten

This is a great mixer. It is easily wiped clean and very powerful. It has never caused me any problems in the two years that I have had it and used it.

Used my Grundig for the first time today to make a double batch of chocolate chip cookies. My Kitchenaid hand mixer finally gave out after many years of use. The ratings on the newer models were not good, so I decided to try the Grundig. I have no way to compare the newer model Kitchenaid, but I am liking the Grundig. It has been a bit of an adjustment to use the dough hooks. I used the regular beaters for mixing and creaming my cookie dough and then changed out to the dough hooks when I started adding the flour, chocolate chips and nuts. It did a good job. The lowest speed is a bit fast for the lowest speed, but I read that complaint on the comments for the Kitchenaid too, so will have to get used to it. All in all, I am pleased with my purchase and think this mixer is going to be a good replacement for my old Kitchenaid.

Got one at a grocery store giveaway, love it south I got another for my jealous sister in law!! The motor is strong, ergonomic design in completely comfy with no awkwardness like some mixers. The two sets of blades are great and clean easily.

Her old blender died. She used it to make her specialty mashed potatoes with sweet and Idaho blend. Her potatoes became lumpy, so I bought her this. She loves it and her potatoes are back to par.
