Bought this to replace previous model. Disappointed that the model is not a UK one. It came with a 2 pin plug and I had to get an electrician to change this to the UK 3 pin plug. Was not informed about this prior to ordering. Had no problem with my previous model and hopefully this one will be OK. Love the shape and the size. Just fits into my kitchen space. Why are other makers not taking up this shape, as the usual rectangular shape is space consuming? There is a gap in the market. I am surprised that Phillips do not capitalise on this model more. Three stars because of lack of information about plug and th e instructions do not come in English.

I've had one before but it had UK PLUG....now in left running around trying to get an adaptor....like the product....don't like the silence on not being UK....or not supplying an adaptor for it....cheers!

I was a little nervous about purchasing this microwave as it had quite a lot of negative feed backs. I have had it now for over a month and have used all the functions which I am delighted with. The only reason I haven't given in five stars is that the inside is lower than an ordinary microwave which can be a problem at times, other than that it is a very good, useful and neat piece of equipment.

I can't fault this at all. It's very well designed to take up the least space in your kitchen. It is very easy to use the panel at the bottom has an intuitive lay out that is easy to work out. If you have troubles or want to use its features it's easy read instuctions card is very handy. The crisper tray works well it made a jacket potato with a crispy skin in half the time of an oven. The tongs to remove the tray seem a bit weak made of plastic but they work. I'd rather something more solid as I don't see these lasting the life of the microwave. I'd give it 9/10. Definitely a stylish, easy to use, well designed peice that will look good in anyone's kitchen
