I apparently hold my mouse a little strangely with index finger on left button, middle finger on wheel, ring finger on right button, thumb and little finger on the sides and palm resting on the back. The side buttons are easy to press with my thumb, unfortunately they are only on the left side as the shape is otherwise symmetrical. From wrist to tip of middle finger is 20cm and stretched out the distance between the tip of my thumb and index finger is also 20cm. This mouse is among the most comfortable I have used and is great for FPS gaming. I use the second sensitivity on the mouse (800 dpi). Do not really play RTS/MOBA so cannot speak to those but imagine it would be similar.

I upgraded from the Razer Deathadder Essential to the Razer Viper 8KHz and it was a great upgrade. The difference was very noticeable when moving the mouse around and the 8000 polling rate is great. The mouse was slightly smaller than my previous mouse but the light weight, comfortable design and smooth-sliding mouse feet make up for the slight adjustment I had to make when switching this mouse. Overall I would recommend this mouse because it is also super responsive with a click latency of about 2.3 ms. If you are looking for a wireless alternative then you could go for the Razer Viper Ultimate which is also a very likeable mouse and well respected on the community.

The mouse is great, light, fits nice in the hand. If you find that your pointed is moving randomly and trailing - update the firmware and turn off in windows mouse settings "enhance pointer precision"

Nothing much to say other than it's a lightweight, high quality mouse that is affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially those with small hands and this mouse fits mine perfectly.
