Item works perfectly and was very good value for money when I didn’t have my usual mouse with me. However, Ryman service in stores could be better. The store I went to never promotes the Rewards scheme or asks if I have a card - however many times I mention it to them. The penny simply doesn’t drop and they never ask. During a recent visit, I forgot to say I had Rewards and wasn’t even offered a receipt! I bought a shredder, so there would have been substantial points, and a receipt would be helpful in the event of a technical issue. Needless to say, nothing can be done now for the Rewards or the receipt.

I bought this as my partner’s one had broken, got it home, installed quickly and works like a charm, would definitely recommend!!!

Walked into the store as I usually do to look around to see if there was any bargains and I spotted wireless mouse on sale which I needed so obviously I bought it and that’s why I like shopping at Robert dyers you will always find something you need

Sorry, despite having Mac OS 10:15:7 (as indicated on the product box) the recently purchased mouse does not work with my Apple computer!! As the device could only be tried out of the packet, I didn't think you would be willing to have it back in an opened box!

Ich habe die Maus einige Wochen im Einsatz gehabt und kann sagen, dass sie sich für den gelegentlichen Gebrauch eignet. Soll sie für das arbeiten oder Gaming genutzt werden, ist sie deutlich zu unhandlich, bzw. einfach viel zu klein für große Hände. Die Verarbeitung wirkt billig. Die Verbindung mit dem PC klappt dank Wireless gut und zuverlässig. Zusammenfassung: Man kann die Maus auf jeden Fall übergangsweise benutzen. Soll sie für professionelle Zwecke genutzt werden, ist sie ungeeignet.
