The mouse works perfectly fine until the USB-C receiver decides to stop working; then I have to unplug it and plug it back in. This occurs constantly on both Mac and Windows.

The MX Master 4 is easily the most comfortable mouse I have used. The larger shape supports my hand properly, and the slight angled position keeps my wrist in a much more natural posture than smaller, flatter mice. I noticed an immediate improvement in comfort during longer work sessions. The scroll wheels feel smooth and precise, the extra buttons are well placed, and the haptic feedback is more useful than I expected rather than feeling like a pointless gimmick added by someone in a meeting. Tracking is accurate, switching between devices is convenient, and the build quality feels excellent. It is quite large, so it may not suit people with very small hands or anyone who prefers a lightweight gaming mouse. For office work, productivity and general daily use, though, it is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend it, especially to anyone who finds compact mice uncomfortable.

Best for me: * Silent clicks. * Premium build quality. * Key customization to include keyboard short cuts such as Alt+Tab, Shift +Ctrl+V, etc. *Haptic feedback. Excellent amazing mouse that takes a little getting used to. Not heavy at all. Very light infact.
