Overall the mouse seems to be great. Had a scroll issue that was fixed with blowing air into the scroll wheel. Great customer support. I'm purchasing their Haste model next.

When first got mouse it was excellent now almost 9 months old. The scroll wheel is jerky and almost unusable. For $70 you'd think it would last a lot longer. Better off to buy 2 mice at 30 then buy this mouse. So since my return window is closed now stuck with a useless mouse for gaming and everyday tasks. Waste of money

It looks good, has nice features, and works great, until it doesn't. Despite its high price, it's not likely to last much more than a year, just long enough to be outside the warranty period. The left click will go bad, and constantly double click everything, and the scroll wheel will go bad, scrolling up and down when you're just trying to scroll down. Their tech support is not helpful.

I really wanted to like this mouse, it worked VERY well for about 8 months then the wheel started scrolling UP when I was scrolling DOWN. This has become worse and now at the 10 month mark (daily use wfh/gaming with regular cleaning) the wheel scrolls up about 75% of the time when you try to scroll down. From what I saw on Reddit this is a common problem, ymmv but I am very unhappy with the mouse becoming dangerous battery e-waste after less than a year... @HyperX you might want to address this issue....

My scroll broke after 6 months of use. That is a technical issue. But I got software issues too. First of all, the Hyperx ngenuity is not bad in the visual plan, but I encountered lags and freezes in games, only removing firmware and saving my settings in the mouse helped to resolve it. Also, this mouse is too heavy for me and does not have the best connection quality. Battery life is around 30 hours of real usage. I guess I can`t refund it after 6 months?
