I originally wrote: This mouse is easy to set up and works properly. However, I'm trying to register it on my HP account, and even though I'm putting in the correct Serial Number, it comes back as an invalid number. Very frustrating! All of a sudden, it started to disconnect from Bluetooth, while I was in the middle of a documents. I changed the battery, but it continues to disconnect. I wanted to return it, but unfortunately I decided to do it two days past the return window. Not worth the price and the frustration! I need to buy a different mouse.

Leider funktioniert die maus nach ca. 1 Jahr schon nicht mehr richtig. Trotz neuer Batterien, springt sie und lässt sich nicht mehr richtig steuern.... Auch die Funkverbindung ist nicht die beste, da der Sender nur einen alten USP Anschluss hat, der aber ohne Adapter mit den neuen Geräten nicht kompatibel ist. Bluetooth wäre besser.

nach 13 Monaten funktioniert das Scrollrad nicht mehr - Die erste Maus war nach 2 1/2 Jahren kaputt (Srollrad) , die als Ersatz beschaffte nach 14 Monaten. Lt. HP Telefonsupport KEINE Garantie mehr / aus Kulanz auch nicht.
