I love this mascara. I feel like you only have to use about 4 brush strokes and it effortlessly goes on giving natural but thick lashes. Also, Special mention has to go to the lady that serviced me at JL in Nottingham I think her name was Elouise. I walked around the store to see most if not all of the assistants not engaging with customers. This lady spotted me a few counters away and remembered me from Christmas the year before. Her knowledge was second to none, and I left feeling great about myself for a few weeks after. I will write in especially but well done Lancome and JL for having fantastic customer service
