Fjällräven - Women's Greenland Winter Parka - Mantel Gr S oliv

I’ve had this coat for 5 years (living in North Germany 1 year and Southern England the other 4) and have loved it, but it now looks very tatty- the colour has faded and the cuffs are frayed. I wish I could post a photo- it definitely needs replacing. Considering the steep price I paid for it, I would have expected it to last better.

I purchased this product a few months ago, hoping it would offer decent protection during my cycling commutes in London. I followed the instructions carefully, applying several layers of the wax as directed, but it proved to be completely ineffective. Even in a light, 20-minute shower, it offered zero protection. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was basically told 'it will not withstand rain other than very light and short showers.' — which makes it useless for any real-world situation. To make matters worse, the customer service experience was terrible; the representative was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Overall, this product is a complete waste of money. I ended up purchasing a Patagonia jacket afterward, and it's far superior in every way.

Great fit! Super warm but light at the same time. Absolutely love it!

I love that is super warm and comfortable, and the pockets are amazing! but the colour is fading away significantly, it looks worn out and old, although I've had my jacket for a month and a half. Apart from the rain (not directly, as I always use an umbrella), no liquid even if fallen on it nor have I washed it, so I'm thinking is the quality of the colour/ textile. I'm quite disappointed and dissatisfied with it because one of the main features that's advertised is its durability, but I wouldn't consider a discoloured jacket as something durable.

The jacket is good and well built. The quality of the jacket is perfect. Its light weight but provide good and warm enough for the cold days. Used this jacket at the ski resort and under the snow, it didn't warm much as expected. Need thermal and good based layer to use for really cold and windy weather condition. Aside from that everything is fine and nice fit.
