Unfortunately I sent it back as I believe there was a part missing but it’s been described as the best thing ever for cleaning the air in the room, so I will order again!

I previously bought this dehumidifier four years ago and have purchased again as this works amazing, I previously had issues with damp in my flat and this has eliminated it.

We got this after our "superior" Ebac model broke beyond repair after only 3 years, I can honestly say that this performs far better than the Ebac ever did when it was new! For the first 2 weeks, it ran almost constantly and required emptying 3 times a day. We also noticed a "drying out" smell which we had never noticed before and we also saw our bathroom post shower was drying out quicker with this meaco model (we have our dehumidifier on the landing). The air feels and smells different in our house now, there is a definite freshness which was never noticeable before which makes me think that our last dehumidifier just wasn't particularly effective even from new. It also has a 5yr parts and labour warranty which definitely makes this a no brainer
