Osprey Hikelite 28 Rucksack

If you're buying backpacks, Osprey is without a doubt one of the best brands. I currently own at least 5 packs of different sizes for trekking, day hiking and traveling. Osprey incorporates every detail one could want and backs up their work with a great warranty. Look no further!!

Overall it’s a good lightweight pack that you can fit a lot in to but I wouldn’t say the quality is superior and ‘built to last’. The rain cover material loop, that allows the cover to hook inside, went within second use. For the money it could have been a plastic loop instead of elastic material (or soemthing similar).

I got this pack for longer day hikes, and specifically for an upcoming trip. Haven't used it for said trip yet, but have used it on local hikes to get a good feel for it and it checks all my boxes. It's uncomplicated (just one main compartment with some exterior storage) and I love the padded hipbelt. Also like the fact that there's compatibility for a water bladder. The side pockets stretch enough to accommodate the large nalgene, and there's a small zipper compartment at top for keys, wallet, etc.
