Would be a great toy if both cars worked as they should. We are in isolation so can’t return the product. Plus am I expected to take a new toy off a 2 year old who doesn’t understand and wait for a replacement? You try and do that. A refund would be more acceptable, without having to go to the effort and turmoil of returning it. It’s broken, why do you want it back?
