Sound great for music. Accurate and not bright. Using as a 2.1 set up with a marantz stereo 70s receiver, If you're looking for home theatre over music go with klipsch rp8000.

Pretty darn good for the upper end of a budget line. 4 and a half to 5 out of 5 for value if on deep sale.

The speakers were shipping promptly and with no issues. The S60's sound amazing, are highly precise, and are easily powered. A big difference compared to the Yamaha bookshelf speakers I've used for years. You really don't need a sub with the S60's.

The Polks s60 speakers are an amazing speaker full sound lows mids and highs are great good looking speaker big and heavy music and movies have great sound but on that note I'm yet to get a good pair this is my second pair I've had to return ordered both from prime not third party and both came damaged and don't think it was from transit both pairs have been to multiple customers around the United States like I'm getting used speakers they all had multiple shipping labels from multiple places on them I paid the $449 for both pairs instead of the $419 thinking I would get a better speaker from Prime take forever to get your money back which is ridiculous I won't order such an expensive item again if you can buy it in a brick-and-mortar store you can see it for yourself before you take it home and return is so much easier I keep just getting a sorry for the inconvenience

Speakers sound great. Also purchased the s35 and couldn't be happier. Replaced 15+ year old tower speakers from HTD and decided on the Polks based on other reviews and price. Abt shipped very fast and only disappointment being a broken grille damaged during shipment. Abt said they will order a new through Polk and ship to me. It's been about 2 weeks, but due to the holidays it will be somewhat delayed I would suspect.
