Der M-Audio BX5D3 ist ein beliebter Studiomonitor mit sehr linearer Frequenzwiedergabe und kräftiger 100W Bi-Amp-Verstärkung. Dank Acoustic Space Control und vielseitigen Anschlüssen ist er flexibel einsetzbar. Der Klang ist klar, aber die Tieftonwiedergabe ist begrenzt, ein Subwoofer kann nötig sein. Manche Nutzer bemerken eine Anhebung im oberen Bass, die sich jedoch einstellen lässt. Bei hohen Lautstärken kann es zu leichter Verzerrung kommen. Insgesamt bietet der BX5D3 eine hervorragende Leistung für seinen Preis.

Just a friendly warning: Try to listen to them before buying if possible. These are maybe suitable for studio work but for music listening they are pretty awful. The sound is not warm, it lacks the soul and even after a month it just does not feel right, I did not get used to it. I listen to electronic and guitar+vocal music mostly and I really miss the warmth and the mid range clarity and precision the BX5 lacks. Maybe this is how studio monitors should sound like but definitely you'll get a better pair for the money.

Happy with the speakers. However I get interference. Which I've read can be causes by a power source or interference from other electronics

These really are a great sounding speaker. I have them connected to my Yamaha subwoofer and Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 USB audio interface. Totally recommend them. The highs are outstanding and mids are very clear. I have no complaints.
