We had a great experience with Diane as our show advisor.

After less than 3 months of wear, felt a "give" in the right shoe, and a loud squeaking noise began, present on every step. A week later the left shoe also began squeaking. Went to REI for advice, and the issue was well aware to several associates. Shoes are comfortable, but something wrong in the construction.

I really like this shoe, and it's been a daily runner for me for sometime now. I run road and loose rocky trails, but like some people have said, caution to how stable these are on the trail. They're a pretty narrow shoe with a large stack; I haven't rolled my ankle, but could definitely see this being a shoe that's more prone to cause that vs other trail runners I've worn. It's durable and has a lot of miles on it, no major complaints!

We bought these for my husband. He wore the around the house for a couple of days, loved them, and took them outside to do normal day to day stuff. He reports that they are light, cushion his feet nicely and his feet feel fine, even after we took then on a walk.
