HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428dw, Drucken, Kopieren, Scannen, E-Mail, Scannen an E-Mail

This printer worked great for about 2 years and then screen turned black. One day I was printing stuff and it started printing the first part and then the screen went black and refused to print any more. Tried multiple different things to fix it and then found out that the issue is a firmware issue that cannot be fixed. Apparently this printer is known to do this. So basically now I have to buy a new printer because the company will not fix the issue. Really sucks that after only 2 years of using this printer it no longer works. Save your self some money and go with a better brand.

Nach einem Jahr hat der Drucker beim Scan Probleme. Der Verkäufer reagiert nicht und redet sich raus, Amazon kann mir trotz Prime nicht weiterhelfen. Jetzt muss ich zum Anwalt, denn einen Reparaturservice o. ä. gibt es nicht. Finger weg!

Ein super Drucker, der alles macht, was man braucht - Doppelseitig Drucken, Doppelseitig Scannen etc. Allerdings - die HP Software ist recht kompliziert. Nichtsdestotrotz ein Super Office Werkzeug!

I bought printer for home / small business use. The printer is fast and easy to use. Installation was a bit of work, but technical support helped out. My issue with HP printers is their toner is expensive. The toner for this printer is over $300.00. I will buy a generic toner cartridge.

After 3 months, upon startup we are stuck with this flatlined screen. We have tried everything. No one will repair it either. Do not waste your money!
