Stopped working after 6 months. Repeated paper jams made this unit unusable.

High prices, bad return policy with 10% restocking and shipment to/from at customer expense.

I bought this machine in 2017 and it is still working great. I have had no problems with it at all. I have changed computers and just installed it quick and easy into my new computer without any complications. The machine is easy to clean, easy to use, and it does not attract a lot of dust. Con's on this machine is the price, it is pricey since I bought it.

The print quality and basic functions are excellent. I use it with a cord connected to my desktop and if I send a print job while it is sleeping, it will wake and print. My wife accesses it from her laptop via wifi and it will not wake from its slumber. She has to turn it off and print before it sleeps.

I finally replaced my very old Brother HL-1450 Laser printer with this one. Very happy with Brother. No nonsense printer that just works. Expecting many years of service from this one as well.
