I bought this to serve a new minimac computer because my printer was obsolete. The laser operating system is quicker to start up than the inkjet printer. Print quality is satisfactory.

Looks and feel cheap plastic but most importantely the Wifi connection is only through the Brother Scan and Print software so no airprint compatibilty. Forget about printing any documents from your Iphone. You can only print from a computer and even there when I plug it on rhe router its not always recognized. Would not recomment - although quality of printing is fine.

I have had many printers in the past, but this one is impossible to connect to the WiFi network. You must use some weird combination of button presses and lid/opening/closing exercises to do anything. Of course, it is impossible to remember all of this, so you will spend hours searching the web to find the correct method to connect to WiFi—AVOID!!!!
