Samsung Galaxy Book5 360 NP754QHA-KA2DE, Intel Core Ultra 5, 39,6 cm (15.6"), 1920 x 1080 Pixel, 32 GB, 512 GB, Windows 11 Pro

While the device is a superbly designed and efficient tool, I am extremely disappoint3d to find that my Book5 360 has been rendered completely useless by an OTA update that has completely killed the laptop. Over two weeks later and I still do not have a working laptop. It is under warranty and less than 6 months old. Shockingly bad service from Samsung who know this is a widespread fault on this model but are continuing to sell this laptop to unsuspecting customers and provarocating on supplying a replacement. I have many devices in the Galaxy ecosystem, but this is a very poor situation for Samsung to be failing their customers so badly.

Comfortable to use, works well, responsive both when switching on and switching off but also for launching apps. Good battery life with 12h in simple use (office and video)

Finger weg nach 3 monaten defekt. Garantie ist auch sehr komplieziert.

Enttäuscht. Kein AMOLED Display, Aktualisierungsrate max. 60Hz, Max. Auflösung 1920x1080.

The laptop it's self is great and can not fault it. But it developed a very thin red and green line on the screen, so I contacted Samsung and they arranged collection to their 3rd party repair centre again great service, then I get a report notice saying the screen was cracked and to repair will be £311.00. The laptop sits on my desk all day and at night the lid is closed that's it so how can the screen get damaged by closing the lid without force or malice.
