Easy to set up and get functioning - transfer of my original data was quick and easy with the aid of AI. Battery life has been a welcome feature as my old laptop was not lasting a day. Thanks to Good Guys the November Black Friday sale made it a bargain not to be missed

The big difference between the Pro 7 and the Surface Laptop is that the latter has a permanently attached keyboard and I have become used to this quickly and like it. Also the Laptop feels a bit more robust although it is no heavier.

Great laptop, form factor and build quality for office work. Bought two of these for my engineering business to replace some Dell XPS13s and glad I did - really nice form factor, battery life is great, laptop is ultra quick to power on and I'm really happy with the product. Definitely was a bit nervous reading some reviews for ARM processors but haven't run into an issue so far, works with my Epson printer, Samsung USB-C monitor, mouse/keyboard accessories and haven't hit any software issues yet including a bunch of engineering, project management and GIS software. Its a good price point and form factor for standard office duties - but if you've got any specialist software or accessories you're concerned about then might help to check - but so far haven't run into any of the issues that others have and will 100% be making this the standard laptop for our staff replacements.

This Surface laptops are just the best. Highly recommend this laptop for its great set-up, back lit keyboard and other great features
