I was so excited when I received my ever first order in order

I needed to buy a new laptop as I had an out dated operating system that would not accept Windows 11, I dont use a laptop fir gaming etc, its just something I need to do my home documents stuff on and browse so I dont need the bells & whistles type of laptop. Fir me this is great, its basic and easy to set up and use, U opted for the package that allowed a free year of Microsoft as this us the package I use in work so wanted to continue using it at home. My only comment would be, I'm unsure if it us lighter than my old laptop, they appear the same weight...I'm getting used to that layout which is slightly different to my old laptop, some brand. If your an older person like myself who only needs an easy to use laptop, then this is the one fir you.

Decent spec and does the job. It’s also quite sturdy

Don't buy as hardware can't even handle basic functionns such as internet use wasted money and time one this laptop I have gigabit internet and takes 20 minutes to to load up Google possibly longer as haven't timed it you could probably buy a more useful laptop from China and have the same performance as this for ten times less not that you want either of them because there totally unusable

Bought this for my wife to use for university work and it’s been a great addition. Performance is solid for everyday tasks like research, writing assignments, video calls and multitasking. Boots up quickly and runs quietly, with no lag for what she needs. Lightweight enough to carry around campus and good battery life too. Overall, excellent value for money and a reliable laptop for uni or general work use.
