HP Probook 450 G9 i5-1235U 16 GB RAM 2 TB SSD

UPDATE: Vendor contacted me and I was able to activate the license by using a DOS command to retrieve the license code which was not on the box or in the paperwork that came with the laptop. I've upgraded my review to 4 stars. This computer was advertised as having Windows Pro 11. It is installed, but not licensed. So, I've ended up with a laptop that has no licensed Windows software. Tried to call the vendor. Number is wrong on the paperwork included with the computer. Used Google to get a valid phone number. No one answered and their voice mail is full.

The worst thing about this is the charger. It has a regular round port to plug a charger in, but instead of giving me that charger, they give me a USB-C charger, which takes up one of the ports. I wanted USB-C ports for other things and now, I'm stuck. Why does this thing even have a round port for a charger when the charger isn't made for it? I need the ports for other things and this is just ridiculous. And nothing in the ad suggested it would use up a USB C port or that it didn't come with the round-ended charger. Also, this is advertised as coming with Windows 11 Pro. It didn't. It came with Windows 10. I've setup a return and hope to get my money back.

So far so good! The laptop is a little bigger and a little heavier than the laptop I am replacing but set-up was very easy and all is working just fine at the moment.

Das Notebook ist eigentlich ganz gut, wenn die SW von HP nicht wäre. Diese erlaubt noch nicht einmal die Bearbeitung eines PDFs und unterstützt auch nicht bei der Lösung des Problems. Leider ist mir dieser Fehler erst spät aufgefallen, andernfalls hätte ich das Gerät wieder zurückgeschickt. So versuche ich die Firmen-SW erfolglos zu deinstallieren.
