HP Probook 450 G5 Business Laptop 15,6" i5-8265U 16 GB RAM 512 GB SSD Windows 11 Pro

Ordered as "like new" but the keyboard was warped and not really usable. Set up return immediately and shipped off a couple days later. Amazon had it for several days but never updated so I had to contact them to update and issue my refund (kind of a hassle and I shouldn't have had to take the extra step). Other than the keyboard, it seemed in good shape and would have been nice to use.

It's tight, beautiful, more impressive than I expected. I still have to load Office but the computer is already responding beautifully!

I work as in IT and use one for work. Our team deploys these machines a lot for clients. Screen is bright, design is solid. The only real downside to them is that the battery is internal and it takes a technician to replace them. That said, they are worth the money.

A real pain to set up. Runs as slow as the eight year old Win 7 Laptop I was replacing. Been trying for weeks to add a printer that it won't even see on the network. Not worth the frustration

Great for our use. Bought it for a team member for business.
