Bought in-store, this laptop is sufficiently equipped for what I need it for. However, it has one flaw: the sound. It would have been nicer to have a sound card that is a little more powerful and less hollow. It’s not quite top-notch, and to really be able to listen to music, HP should have had the idea that the buyer might browse the web and at the same time listen to music streaming. Otherwise. Nothing to report.

The keyboard is sorely lacking in contrast; the letters on the keys are hard to see, which is very annoying. I discovered that you cannot remove the startup PIN code; the only option is to set up another authentication method (MFA or biometrics). Unfortunately, I think this is now the case for all Windows PCs. Apart from that, the computer is fast and high-performing.
