Replacement & upgraded laptop with MS Business Standard, for some reason the software wasn't available to me until a month after I received the laptop, lots of calls, passed around 3 depts, Sales, customer service (what a joke) and technical and no resolution, no-one could explain o resolve, nearly cancelled the whole order. Decided to keep the laptop and cancelled the software and reordered vis another provider. I realise mistakes can be made, but no apology, hours on hold and no-one seemed to care.

I still haven't received my laptops over 2 months later, and 8 weeks after they were supposed to be delivered. Dell can't do anything right and can't do customer service either. A complete disgrace

It took two months to receive this PC, and since the initial order wasn't processed, Dell had to re-place the order after a major struggle to get through to anyone at Dell. Upon arrival, I encountered several problems with the laptop. Ultimately, updating the BIOS resolved most of them. It's truly appalling that they can't even install the latest drivers on a brand new machine! In any case, there's been a clear decline in service quality and responsiveness from Dell, which is quite disheartening.

The Dell Pro 16 offers good build quality and a sturdy design that makes the laptop feel very durable. The display is clear and vibrant. Performance is strong thanks to the impressive specs, making multitasking smooth and efficient. Overall, the laptop is very well built and offers great performance.
