Do not buy this laptop. The large keypad features an additional number pad, meaning all the keys are tiny. This creates so many typos. The screen quality is awful, and the sound is muffled. I do not recommend this laptop for any streaming. Finally, the laptop is just too big, too heavy. It feels like it should be 20 years old.

Only had this machine a couple of weeks so far as a result of my previous Mac Book no longer meeting the spec required to use for my business. I wanted a solid machine with a decent processor and storage and this has fit the bill so far. It is light enough and only slightly heavier than my previous mac book pro but it is a lot bigger.. im enjoying the extra screen sixe and ports compared to my Mac Book but still slightly concerned about ensuring the machine stays secure/viruses etc (this was the primary reason i chose a mac book in first place) hopefully doesnt become an issue and I get a good full life out of this with no issues

The new Dell laptop had performed well from day one, as I expected it to do. However I would ask that you must demand of DHL that they offer a time of day estimate for your deliveries (as DPD do)!!!!!!

Seems good so far. It is fast, screen is sharp & colours good. Camera disappointing: compared to my old Dell Inspiron 15, my video has poor colour rendition, even after adjusting for low light and increasing brightness. Laptop surface shows fingerprints badly. Delivery process via DHL was poor: redirected for collection but no collection code sent, box seal opened, other issues.

Arrived with a manufacturing fault - broken number 6 on the top keys.
