We have purchased 20 of these and in a batch of 5, we have had camera reliability issues on 2 so far machines. Mostly they work but randomly fail to be detected. Otherwise the machines are excellent.

I purchased this new laptop which is supposed to be brand new and really good. Unfortunately it's faulty (network adapter), wifi icon disappeares. Dell tried to diagnose but no solution. Waiting for exchange.

The laptop's screen is not working. Now have to deal with the support team (slow) to arrange a replacement. Take ages.

Had to buy two computers as badly advised on the first Each computer in excess of £2,000 each so £2,000 wasted Nowhere in the whole of the UK to go and look at a computer. Great cost cutting for the manufacturer, absolutely awful service for the consumer I was honest about my needs and that I was a small busiiness customer, however as a 'business customer' of any size you cannot return a computer. Had I ticked the box saying I was a private customer, I could have returned the wrong computer (and you still get a vat receipt) So if you are a small business user, I would suggest buying your computer as a private sale, then you have more comeback with Dell. Had I checked the private customer box I would saved in excess of £2,000 The help desk hide behind terms and conditions and have no intention of swapping (I said I would swap and pay a restocking fee, but to no avail)
