Dell still prodices the best business laptops, and at a sensible price - but the delivery was shocking! The Help Desk came to my rescue, and eventually delivery the product.

The screen is colourful and bright, but the laptop is louder and slower than it's predecessor. No one asked for onboard AI cores, and if you're daft enough to use them, the laptop becomes unusable.

Sehr gut konfigurierbar, leistungsstark und trotzdem handlich mobil nutzbar. Online schnell verfügbar und guter Support bei Rücksprache. Lieferung schnell unkompliziert.

Product looks good but the laptop was delivered faulty. Not showing a hard drive. Have been trying to get a replacement since 6th December. Still waiting, the process has been a shambles with communication really poor.

Not at all happy about the dell business service- won't be buying from them again
