I din't know what's worse. A premium product that arrived with a non-functional HDMI port; the ignored helpdesk ticket about same; or the spam request for this review that I received after sending the laptop back, despite my clearly opting out of all marketing communications. Wish you were this kean to contact me about support issues.

Used privately mainly for photography and video from motorcycle camera and drone. Awesome speed and graphics make it the idea piece of kit. Quick on and off also a nice bonus.

I'm sure that the performance is great, but the poor display resolution looks dreadful and makes this unusable for any level of detailed spreadsheet work. Be careful before you buy, because no changes or returns will be allowed.

The screen has a fault where it flashes bright white on left side every 10-30 minutes. Dell support was poor and refused a refund. I've bought lots of Dell hardware over the years, but won't be buying again.

Dell has lost the plot with its naming policy and my latest very expensive Pro Premium Ultimate whatever it's called top-of the-range thing is nowhere near as good as my 4 year old XPS17. It feels cheap and looks cheap. It has a horrible keyboard. The fan is often on and can hit 60db! The battery life is average at best. Sending it back for a refund. I've bought Dell for over 25 years, including 10+ XPS. Yet, yesterday I bought a MacBook Pro which was several hundred £ cheaper!
