It was all looking good until I got 2 A, 4 W POST lights. I have tecnical support, I followed the instructions, clicked submit and the web page says "please wait" for 3 days, including when resubmitted.

Bought for Home use: for general administration. Nice keyboard especially with the back lighting and screen images are clear and crisp.

It's a very well built machine with an excellent specification that helps greatly with video editing and power hungry software. Very fast. Glad with my choice!

Overall disappointed with the machine and customer service from Dell. The computer is overly big, heavy and cumbersome. It is 50/50 whether it decides to switch on in the mornings. Wouldnt recommend

I spent £2k on an all singing all dancing laptop and its little better than my 10 year old 17" Dell. Its runs a little quicker perhaps and has more storage, (although in retrospect I dont need it as everything now supposeably does to the cloud). It has a lack of useful ports, all my peripherals, including mouse, and data sticks need USB ports or SD cards! I have a loads of VBA scripts that run large excel spreadsheets, (for the last 8 years) and almost all of them now fail. The email funtion does not, and accoring to CoPilot, will not work due to the Windows 11 upgrade. In fact the Outlook app was missing from the original Windows download completely and i've spent hours 'conversing' with CoP to try and sort it but just went round on circles. I have a number of old prgrams which either do not run and run differently to what I'm use too. I'll get over it - after all i'm only the customer! The lap top is OK but i cant prentend i'm not disappointed.
