The laptop came via Joy Systems. very happy with them.

Mouse pad is WAY to touchy. Hand is always hitting it while typing making the cursor jump around. Frustrating. Performance,speed, is also poor. I've had other laptops in the past (Dell and Toshiba's)...this model Dell is by far the worst.

I have this model for work supplied by my work. It is small and compact and very sturdy. It has been put down hard to the extent that the front right corner is peened up but still functions flawlessly. Key board is a great comfortable size and I have had this for several years with absolutely no issues. I do agree with the person's comment about the mouse pad. It is way to sensitive and for a "sloppy" key boarder, it can be disastrous as words and sentences end up in paragraphs not originally destined for.

This review is for Dell Latitude E5450. This laptop is slow and makes a lot of fan noises. Don't buy it.

The LCD of the DELL Latitude E5450 that I got from company has such narrow viewing angle that I am always adjusting the lid angle. This is so frustrating!
