On the the attempt to get the unit to actually engage the pouch and not just melt it, the unit fed the pouch and kids precious art into exit slot of jagged plastic that the pouch can't get past. End result of ruined art and upset kid

So pleased to have this! Now no pointless waiting in queues at laminating stationery shop only to learn their machines are broken. Perfect machine for our needs. Highly recommend to home office users.

First one jammed when used first time and couldn’t get it out. So had to return it. The second one turned in but wouldn’t heat up. Would not recommend as this was not a cheap laminatir

I have bought 3 of these & all have jammed up in a fairly short space of time.

My wife teaches and needs to laminate everything, she has been using a 15 year old laminator that takes quite a while to heat up. This one has been a revelation, no longer to I have to stand and help her laminate for hours on end, it's quick to heat up and laminates at a good speed.
