Bought this pack at the sale price mainly for the cutter, I may find a use for the laminator, I thought. The cutter was badly warped when it arrived, to the point of not being safe to use. Ryman customer service took nearly three weeks of back and forth to decide to tell me the pack wasnt in stock any more (it obviously is), and sent me a partial refund. So I ended up paying out money for a laminator I don't need at the moment. Thanks Ryman! Then they mailed me to ask me to review this product. So here we are.

Got it at a bargain price. The laminator works good, takes a while to heat up but then you can continue using it for a long time. Some obvious burnt plastic smell in first attempt as expected of a new product. As long as you align the input fine, the output is quite good. For a normal family use, this is perfect.

Fantastic deal a laminator and a trimmer great for a crafter! Both work very well. Got here super fast wasn't damaged! Very happy with my purchase x

Used a few times and now makes a loud clicking noise when feeding, still laminates just noisy!.
