This is the workhorse of my kitchen. I have had mine two years and use it two or three times a week to make bread, batters, cakes and biscuits.. as well as whisking egg whites to perfection. I didn't buy it on Amazon as I believe there are a few fakes around, so I bought it from a kitchen supply shop with a good reputation. It has been the best piece of equipment i have in the kitchen I'd definitely advise buying from a reputable/known seller. That way you can take it back if it isnt what you thought you were buying or it goes wrong. Its too pricey to take a chance on in my view.
