Soundqualität ist ok, aber die Verarbeitung ist mies. Nach 3 Monaten in Benutzung haben sich die Isolierungen der Kabel auf beiden Seiten aus dem Gehäuse gelöst und die Litzen lagen frei. Dann hat es noch zwei Wochen gedauert, bis die Kabel gebrochen und die Kopfhörer nutzlos waren. Im Vergleich zu den WI-C310, die ich lange Jahre benutzt habe, eine Frechheit. Und die Servicepartner zur Beanspruchung der Garantie melden sich auch nicht auf meine Anfrage. 1 Stern für den Sound, die Verarbeitung verdient eigentlich 0 Sterne.

I have a problem with Sony WI C200 earphones I have purchased on September this year. I was happy user of old ones for over 3 and a half years, but it stopped working. New ones are completely disappointing: - can't control volume, it starts from 8 without special app. - don't have information about battery power % - wire is very hard and bad quality. - voice of menu woman is very annoying. I was sent to repair shop by AI chat on Sony website. Repair shop rejected to assist me with warranty repair.

Fast delivery. For listening music it's ok, however, the sound is so unclear and lagging when I used it talking over the phone. Disappointed, returned on the same day.

EDIT: I have since had these refunded by the seller. Apparently the blue light flashing is not supposed to happen. Worth asking a question of other reviewers if this would bother you. I bought these for nighttime and they just weren't good enough. Bright blue light keeps flashing constantly. Lowest volume setting is too loud for listening to something when going off to sleep. I can't even adjust the volume more sensitively on my phone as it then notches the volume on the headphones either up or down to the next increment on the headphone volume control.
